I'm Anshul. 👋🏽

My family businesses have taught me an appreciation for both bits and atoms. I'm currently the President and AI/ML Head at Calsoft (opens in a new tab), a digital product engineering services company with over 1000 global developers.

I am also on the Board of Directors of DEMECH (opens in a new tab), a material handling equipment & wear-resistant materials manufacturing company started by my grandfather.

Prior to this I was the India Head for Replit (opens in a new tab), an AI vibe coding startup based in the Bay Area.

I've had experience in venture capital at Lightbox Ventures (opens in a new tab), startup operations @ Hopscotch (opens in a new tab) and started my career in consulting @ Booz & Company (opens in a new tab) (Acquired by PwC).

I graduated from MIT Sloan with an MBA in 2020 and the University of Pennsylvania with a BSE in 2013.
